Call to Order-7:00 PM with Selectman Mullane and Donahue present.  Selectmen Testa was out of town.

Old Business
1.      Proposed School Building Project-Letter with draft schedule and copy of BOE draft agenda was sent out to BOF, BOE and Ad Hoc Committee.  Waiting for comments also trying to find mediator.
2.      Tribal Issues – Acknowledgement/Annexation Issues-Letter sent to BIA for extension request and repeating request for a BIA Hearing in Connecticut.
3.      Permanent School Building Project Committee
A.       Permanent School Building Committee Projects-Bids were received and opened today for the High School Generator and Sealcoating at the Elementary School, they are being reviewed.
4.      Status of Center for Emergency Services Project-Looking at metal buildings which could bring the project back down into budget.
5.      Boombridge Road Bridge-Design on schedule will now begin permit process
6.      Parking Lot/Brook Stone Walls-Final AT&T work is still pending
7.      Hewitt Property
A.      Dam Repairs- Bid Results-Meeting with low bidder tomorrow to confirm price, and terms of contract.
8.       Grant Applications/administration
Water Study Ex 92 x I95 consultants are working on project
2014 STEAP Grant Extension of Village Water System-Grant has been awarded to North Stonington in the amount of $245,000.  This will allow for the expansion of lines to the new EMS Center and possibly extending up to the Grange property on Wyassup Road.

9.       Budget 2013-2014-Close Out/Transfers-Manager’s Report draft provided
Budget 2014-2015
       Capital Purchase-OK to purchase the Skid Loader for $37,000, it is a used 2013 New Holland with 318 hours of use and new tires. 
10.      Special Town Meeting-INFORMATION ONLY, will add the STEAP Grant Award to List for $245,000  for Village Waterline extension.  Funds must be expended by the Town and then reimbursed by the State.

•     Lake of Isles subdivision granting of easements to the Town
•     Exempt Tax Payments of Outstanding Taxes on Open Space received by Non-Profit organization
•     Ordinance allowing the Town to retain overpayments of taxes less than five ($5.00) dollars

•     Ordinance allowing the Assessor’s Office to name, number, and renumber parcels and residences in North        Stonington
•     Exemption for Personal Property--Horses
