Call to Order-7:00 PM with Selectmen Testa and Mullane present

Public Comments and Questions-

Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Mullane to approve the minutes of June 3, 2014 as presented, seconded by Selectman Testa carrying.  2-0

Boards/Commissions/Official’s Comments

              Proposed School Project-The new proposed $40,520,000 project will be sent to Town Meeting on June 16, 2014 and Referendum vote on June 23, 2014.

Old Business

1.           Tribal Issues – Acknowledgement/Annexation Issues-Updated comparison of new BIA regulations on Tribal Acknowledgement are considered terrible for the towns.

2.           Permanent School Building Project Committee

A.           Permanent School Building Committee Projects-No report

3.           Status of Center for Emergency Services Project-Ask the Committee to report at an upcoming meeting, they are now working on a cut and fill method.

4.           Boombridge Road Bridge-Design is on schedule

5.           Parking Lot/Brook Stone Walls-Should be completed by the end of June, looks great.

6.           Hewitt Property

A.           Dam Repairs- re-engineering-Bidding-Pre-Bid meeting will be held on June 17th, bids are due Monday, June 30th.

7.           Grant Applications/administration-No new Activity

Water Study Ex 92 x I95 consultants are working on project

2014 STEAP Grant Extension of Village Water System

Housing Grant

8.           Budget 2013-2014-No activity

Budget 2014-2015-General Government/Redemption of Debt/Capital   VOTE 236 For/222 Against

                                           BOE VOTE 236 For/223 Against

Both budgets have PASSED and the BOF will set the mill rate tomorrow evening.

                                           Non-Profit organization
