Call to Order
Public Comments and Questions-Fire Fly Farms offered to walk 35 acres
Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Donahue to approve the minutes of March 26, 2013, as presented. Carrying. 3-0

Old Business-
1. Tribal Issues-Acknowledgement Issues-The Washington DC lawsuit by the Eastern Pequots has been completely dismissed by court. A detailed decision by the courts rejected all arguments.

6. Boombridge Road Bridge- Design-Issues have been resolved and design will proceed to a public hearing in May.

Inland Wetlands-Cody Bill and Kevin Geary were in attendance. After general discussion, a motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectman Murphy to appoint Cody Bill to a five year term (2018) on the Inland Wetlands Commission. Carrying 3-0
9. Flood Damage Status Report/Repairs Update/ Action Items
Main Street Bridge-Close out data and status provided
Village Green Bridge-Corrective Action-Bids are due April 16, 2013—2:00 PM
Town Hall brook parking lot retaining walls. No report
10 Budget 2012-13-Wash Station-General discussion of bids submitted, Selectmen confirmed the decision of Legacy.
Budget 2013-2014
Tax Refunds/Tax Collections
Senior Center Director/Agent for the Elderly-Teresa Pensis was present to review Center activity. And explain programs administered.
Recreation Director-John Hines was in to review Recreation budget request. He begged the Board for consistent maintenance attention to the Rec Area.

13. New Emergency Service Building and Use of Old NSVFC Building –The Committee finalized a monetary request of $6.3 million dollars and will forward request to the Selectmen shortly.

15. Clarks Falls Unity Baptist Church Request-NO action
New Business
1. Land Offer (2) Route 49 & Johnson Road-Selectman Mullane informed the Board of the offer, they will look at the property.
