Call to Order-Called to order at 7:04 OM with Selectman Mullane, Murphy and Donahue present.
Public Comments and Questions-None presented
Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Donahue to approve the minutes of August 13, 2012, carrying.  3/0

Old Business-
                             Probate Court Remodeling-Judge Nick Kepple-Judge Kepple discussed the court website, outreach programs for the 80,000 residents in our district, and new laws effecting probate in our State.  He also told the Board that the Court will be making some small structural modifications but nothing large and the Groton, North Stonington, Stonington, Ledyard Court is now running in the black hearing over 900 cases per year.

                             1.  Things to Do List
                             2.  Sealing of Gymatorium, Final Wall-Peter Springsteel, Architect for the project stated that the drains in the base of the wall should be reinstalled and then town can try to reduce price quotes
                             3.  Other Projects for FY 2013-14-There is a need for job tracking to inform accomplishments of the current PSPBC
              B. Middle School boilers-Pending State inspections

              B.  Dam Repairs-Re-Engineering-Due September 9, 2013
              C.  Greene Gables meeting-Awaiting dates for meetings with Historical Society
   5.  New EMS Facility-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Mullane to appoint Gregory Howell, Jon Bosma, and S. Ryan Burdick to the Committee, the appointment of three new members was tabled.  Board would like a better job description of secretary for project, project managers duties, budget tracking, and USDA reporting.
   6.  NSVFC Engine 2 Fire Truck Refurbishment-Specifications are being revised for rebidding process
   7.  Boombridge Road Bridge- Design-It appears that all concerns have been addressed and project should move forward to final design next month.
   8.  Grant applications/administration
              Water Study Ex. 92 X I95-Pending DPH decision on screening process
              2014 STEAP Grant-Selectmen to ID grant prospects.
              COG Grant Study Committee-Selectman Mullane volunteered for Committee
   9.  Authorities, Boards, Committees, and Commissions appointment
              Permanent School Planning and Building Committee      Water Pollution Control Authority-A motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectman Donahue to reappointed the following members of the WPCA for two year terms, carrying.  3-0
