Call to Order -7:01 PM with Selectmen Mullane, Donahue and Murphy present

Old Business-

1.           Tribal Issues-Acknowledgement Issues-Meeting held with Representative Courtney with First Selectmen Mullane and Congdon.  Mayor Rodalico was also present.  The group discussed issues and concerns that effect our communities and region.  Congressman Courtney was very understanding and was able to grasp the issues.

  4.  96/96A Button Road- formerly -YMCA Property-Executive Session-A motion was made at 7:07 PM to enter executive session with Attorney Avena, the session adjourned at 7:35 PM.

 5.  Kingswood/Meadow Wood drainage-The arbitration award ordered the following payments:

                             Additional Construction costs    $82,007.85

                             Interest on Monies                       $10,386.17

                             Arbitration Costs                           $  2,025.00

                             Lawyers                                           $  9,570.00

                             Minus Amount in Account          $16,736.00

                                                                                      $87,253.02

Selectman Murphy made a motion seconded by Selectman Mullane to request transfer from CNR-Storm Damage to CNR-Kingswood Drainage, carrying.  3-0

              A.  Committee Report-Cabin chimney cleaned, 1750 House chimneys cleaned and capped.

              B.  Dam Repairs-Re-Engineering-No new information

2.           AFSCME Union Application (Executive Session)-Mark Donahue made a motion to enter executive session to discussed Union application, at 8:46 PM, seconded by Selectman Murphy, carrying.  3-0  Session adjourned at 8:57 PM, no action.
