In attendance were Nicholas Mullane, Stan Harris, III, MPTN, Karl F. Acimovic, PE, Groton Utilities, Lawrence M. Sullivan, PE, Stonington, Chris Clark, LS, Mohegan Sun, COG Water Committee, Greg Leonard, SCWA, Bryan Charity, MPTN, Ken Greenwood, MPTN. Mr. Iannicelli, PE, GeoInsight sent his evaluation by email.
After review of the RFPs responses it was unanimously determined that 6 of 7 engineering firms would be invited for interviews on April 18, 2013, ALTA Environmental Corp., Leggette, Brashears, & Graham, GEI Consultants, Lenard Engineering, Weston & Sampson, and Milone & MacBroom. Layne Hydro will not be interviewed. The firms will be notified by email that they have been selected. Mr. Mullane will work on letter of direction and scheduling of firms.
