14. Connecticut Legislative Agenda-CCM information provided, Governor wants to eliminate the car taxes for municipalities, tax loss would cost North Stonington - $958,371
15. New Emergency Service Building and Use of Old NSVFC Building-The Boards of Finance and Selectmen will meet with the NSVFC and Committee the second Tuesday in March.

1. Clarks Falls Unity Baptist Church Request-No report
2. AFSCME Union Application-Executive Session-Went to Executive Session of a non meeting to discuss collective bargaining CGS 1-200 with Attorney Eileen Duggan.
3. Call of a Special Town Meeting-The Selectmen will hold a special meeting on February 13, 2013 to call the meeting.
