Call to Order -7:00 PM with Selectman Mullane, Murphy and Donahue present.
Public Comments and Questions-Considerable questions and comments on 96/96A Button Road
Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Donahue and seconded by Selectman Murphy to approve the minutes of July 30, 2013, carrying.  3-0

1.           Tribal Issues-Acknowledgement Issues-Letter from BIA L. Flemming, regarding FOI request $5340, Letter to Department of Interior Sec. Jewell requesting extension of comment period on rules change of tribal acknowledgement and copies of news articles.

13.  Unions-Executive session-A motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectman Murphy to enter executive session on items #1-Tribal Acknowledgment, #4-96/96A Button and #13 under old business, carrying at 9:32 PM.  Session adjourned at 9:58 PM, no action taken.
