Call to Order 7:00 PM with Selectmen Mullane, Donahue and Murphy present
Public Comments and Questions-None presented
Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Donahue and seconded by Selectman Murphy to approve the minutes of October 23, 2012, carrying. 3-0

Old Business-
1. Tribal Issues-Acknowledgement Issues-FOIA request was answered, however the response was incomplete. BIA is and will continue to discuss revisions to Federal Tribal Acknowledgement procedures.
2. Subdivision Review and Planning and Zoning Issues
Affordable Housing/Incentive Housing regulations-Members of the Affordable Housing Committee want the Board of Selectmen to sell the Mattingly trailer with deed restrictions to promote affordable housing and to educate the public. Their comments to the Selectmen were to take action as a policy decision and to establish trust that the town is committed to having affordable housing.

3. Permanent School Building Project Committee
A. Permanent School Planning and Building Committee Project-The Board will try to revitalize the Committee and fill vacancies.
4. 96/96A Button Road- formerly -YMCA Property-Executive Session-No report
5. Kingswood/Meadow Wood drainage-Arbitration has been delayed by Contractor due to Hurricane Sandy until December
6. Hewitt property
A. Committee Report-BOS requested a list of hay RFP individuals
B. Dam Repairs-Re-Engineering-No report
7. Boombridge Road Bridge- Design-Town should look into State takeover of Project

2. Resolution of Historic Document Preservation Grant-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Donahue to approve the Town Clerk’s request to apply for a $4,000 grant from the State Library. Carrying. 3-0
