Call to Order 7:00 PM with Selectman Mullane, Murphy, and Donahue present.
Public Comments and Questions-None presented
Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Donahue and seconded by Selectman Murphy to approve the minutes of October 16, 2012, carrying. 3-0

VILLAGE SPEEDING-Drive Like Your Kids Live Here, signs have been purchased and installed throughout the Village and center of the road barrel speed signs installed in two locations on Main Street.
Old Business-
1. Tribal Issues-Acknowledgement Issues-Due to poor response and no response we will file an appeal on the recent FOI request to the BIA for information on the Eastern Pequot group activities and if BIA is working to modify the federal acknowledgement process.
2. Subdivision Review and Planning and Zoning Issues
Affordable Housing/Incentive Housing regulations-No Action
Milltown Commons- No action
3. Permanent School Building Project Committee
A. Permanent School Planning and Building Committee Project-Hammond Ledge is working on Phase III of the Gymatorium Sealing project.
4. 96/96A Button Road- formerly -YMCA Property-Will have Attorney Avena attend for a briefing.
5. Kingswood/Meadow Wood drainage-Arbitration is scheduled for early November, 2012.
6. Hewitt property
A. Committee Report-Briefing on draft haying RFQ and update on renters new lease language.
B. Dam Repairs-Re-Engineering-No new data
7. Boombridge Road Bridge- Design-Center Pier testing is complete, no results to date.
8. Grant applications/administration
Water Study Ex. 92 X I95-Still revising RFP
Rec Area Basketball, Tennis Courts/Volleyball Courts-Lighting is still an issue, no permanent fix has yet; to be determined.

10. Flood Damage Status Report/Repairs Update/ Action Items-Grant request has been submitted for $493,750 (75% FEMA reimbursement)
Main Street Bridges-Bridge is open to traffic, now working drainage, stone facings, and curbing
Village Green Bridge-No work started, next Summer schedule.
11. Budget 2011-12 Audit-Due to Board of Finance on November 7, 2012
12. Budget 2012-13-Budget Revisions-Budget passed at October 22, 2012 Referendum.
