1. Tribal Issues-Acknowledgement Issues-Need to organize a meeting with Preston and Ledyard to discuss lawsuit of Historical Eastern Pequot Group on acknowledgement and meeting with Attorney General’s office

1. Tax Collector’s Reappointment and Terms-A motion was made by Selectman Donahue and seconded by Selectman Murphy to reappoint Sandra Steinhart as Tax Collector for a two year term, no set terms until decisions made on town hall hours and budget.

6. Future Town Meeting Items
• Additional Appropriation DUI Grant-$67800--$50,850 Federal/$16,950 Town Share
Design of Village Green Bridge-A motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectman Donahue to forward to the Board of Finance and then Town Meeting action, carrying. 3-0
• Additional appropriation of $15,363, to CNR Storm Damages Town Road Maintenance from FEMA for expenses incurred to the Hewitt Property Dam-PW#130. A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Donahue to forward to the Board of Finance, carrying. 3-0
• Additional appropration of $17,000, to CNR Storm Damages for the engineering costs of the Village Green Bridge repairs. FEMA’s will reimburse 75% of the expenses to the Town, $12,750, town’s share of $4,250. A motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectman Donahue to forward to the Board of Finance, carrying. 3-0
• Additional appropriation of $????? , to Highway Labor, BB27.08, for FEMA funds reimbursed for Tropical Storm Irene expenses the Town incurred.
7. To act on a Resolution to empower the First Selectman to execute a grant with the State Connecticut Librarian for Preservation of Docutment. Selectman Murphy made a motion to approve the resolution as presented, seconded by Selectman Donahue, carrying. 3-0
