Minutes-A motion was made by Selectmen Donahue and seconded by Selectman Murphy to approve the minutes of November 27, 2012, carrying. 3-0

2. Used Trucks for the Highway-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Donahue to request an additional appropriation of $65,000, to purchase a used dump truck with a plow and sander, to line item CC 1.07, carrying. 3-0
3. Clarks Falls Unity Baptist Church Request-Research is pending
4. Call of a Special Town Meeting-Draft call was reviewed, Selectmen will have a special meeting on Thursday at 8:00 AM pending BOF action on 12/5/12.
5. Connecticut Legislative Agenda-General discussion, Selectman reported on COG and Legislative meetings.
