Minutes

Call to Order-7:00 PM with Selectmen Mullane, Murphy and Donahue present.

Public Comments and Questions-

              Gary Annino and Steve Greene were present to inquire about Wheeler Library donation included in FY 12-13 budget request to Board of Finance.  $2,775 increase requested as increase for this year and Selectmen hope to increase annually.

              Fire/EMS Committee Report-No report

YMCA Property-Executive Session-A motion was made at 7:11 PM by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectman Donahue to enter Executive Session carrying 3-0, the session adjourned at 7:37 PM, no action taken

Minutes

A motion was made by Selectman Donahue to approve the minutes of April 3, 2012, seconded by Selectman Murphy, carrying.  3-0

A motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectman Donahue to approve the minutes of April 5, 2012, carrying. 2-0-1 Selectman Murphy abstained.

  5.  Hewitt property –Selectman Mullane is waiting fo an environmental review estimate on the Green Gables (old school house).

              B.  Dam Repairs-Re-Engineering-No report on activity, grant request sent to Senator Maynard and Representative Urban

  6.  Boombridge Road Bridge- Design-Continuing, will request TranSystem update

  7.  Grant applications/administration

              Water Study Ex. 92 X I95-Draft in review

              Rec Area Basketball, Tennis Courts-Work is progressing

              Town Hall Solar-Request for Historical Plaques has been submitted in order to comply with Historical Review and amended grant conditions.

11.   Request to Rent/Sell Holly Green Condominimum-First Selectman will request PZC 8-24 compliance review.
