In attendance were Selectmen Mullane, Donahue and Murphy. Hewitt Farm Committee Members Nita Kincaid, Dick Cooper, Jack Brown, Eddie McGowan, Ellie Banker and Ed Harasimowicz. North Stonington Historical Society members Frank Eppinger, President, William Peterson, Dick Blodgett and Kevin McBride and others.
Tour of the Greene Gables site with the North Stonington Historical Society and Hewitt Farm Committee
Everyone was invited to the Historical Society on September 24, 2012 for presentation on Fredrick Stewart Greene

Call to Order -7:00 PM with Selectmen Mullane, Donahue and Murphy present.
Public Comments and Questions-About 25 of the Village residents came in to express their concerns on Village speeding, their desire for enforcement, and the installation of speed bumps. They discussed stop signs, crosswalks noting this is a time for change.
Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Donahue to approve the minutes of September 4, 2012, carrying.

Water Study Ex. 92 X I95-Selectmen are OK with Draft and Comments-approved to send to State for Comments
Rec Area Basketball, Tennis Courts/Volleyball Courts-Lighting is still a problem, attempting to contact the electrician

Main Street Bridges-Contractor will not have traffic over the bridge by September 15th, blames weather, new opening date of October 15, 2012
Village Green Bridge-Application at DEEP for approval
11. Budget 2011-12 Year End Transfers and Additional Appropriations-None
12. Budget 2012-13-Budget Revisions-Hearing scheduled for 9/17, Town Meeting scheduled for 10/15, and referendum scheduled for 10/22
New Business-
1. Tax Refund(s)-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Donahue to approve the following tax refunds to Art in the amounts of $301.19, $238.04 and $238.04, carrying. 3-0
2. Highway Wash Station-No progress
3. Use or Disposal of old sign from Wheeler Middle/High School-Selectmen’s opinion is to use at the Transfer Station
