Call to Order -7:03 PM with Selectmen Mullane, Donahue, and Selectman Murphy arrived at 7:15 PM.
Public Comments and Questions-Request to revise Old Business Item #4 title
Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Donahue and seconded by Selectman Mullane to approve the minutes of June 12, 2012, carrying. 2-0

1. Tribal Issues-Acknowledgement Issues
Executive Session-A motion to enter Executive Session at 8:33 PM to update Selectmen on latest events in the Eastern Pequot/Paucatuck Eastern Pequot group litigation. Came out of session at 9:07 PM No action taken
2. Subdivision Review and Planning and Zoning Issues
Affordable Housing/Incentive Housing regulations No reports
Milltown Commons
3. Permanent School Building Project Committee
A. Permanent School Planning and Building Committee Project-No report
4. YMCA Property-A meeting is being arranged with the Attorney General’s office to discuss the town’s request.
5. Kingswood/Meadow Wood drainage staff working with town’s attorney to support arbitration.
6. Hewitt property
A. Committee Report-Status report on leases next meeting
B. Dam Repairs-Re-Engineering—No new information
7. Boombridge Road Bridge- Design-Additional work required on Hydraulics for ConnDOT, awaiting approval. This has caused a delay in design progress.
8. Grant applications/administration
Water Study Ex. 92 X I95-Consultant is working on RFP
Rec Area Basketball, Tennis Courts-Almost 100% complete

10. Flood Damage Status Report/Repairs Update/ Action Items
Main Street Bridges-Contractor working on hardware side abutments, also working on damaged neighbors stone retaining wall
Village Green Bridge-Received Inland Wetlands approval on bridge repair design
11. Budget 2011-12 Year End Transfers and Additional Appropriations-Board of Finance approved all items requested last week.
12. Budget 2012-13/Setting of Mill Rate- Both General Government and Board of Education budgets failed at first referendum vote. BOF/Selectmen has made additional cuts and BOF has set the mill rate at 25.25 for FY 2012-12.
