CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. with Selectmen Mullane, Murphy, and Donahue present.
PUBLIC COMMENT AND QUESTIONS:
A group of resident’s from Kingswood, Meadow Wood and the Village were present with concerns of the latest car and home burglaries. General discussion of police coverage and methods of information and communication were discussed.
MINUTES:
MOTION by S. Murphy, SECOND by M. Donahue to approve the minutes of October 2, 2012. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
MOTION by S. Murphy, SECOND by M. Donahue to approve the minutes of October 4, 2012. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

VILLAGE SPEEDING:
Will install Smart Trailer at the Library and will move Smart Sign to Village Green, will put large orange barrels at each entrance into the Village with 25 mph signs and pricing 2 more Smart Signs. 1st Selectman Mullane to ask resident if Town can cut and replace the Arborvitae bushes on Main Street across from the Middle School.

1. Tribal Issues-Acknowledgement Issues
The Eastern Pequot Tribal Nation has announced they will seek another opportunity for Tribal acknowledgement as a federally recognized tribe, but have no association with the lawsuit by Bennie Jones filed in the Washington, DC court.
