Call to Order-7:00 PM with Selectmen Mullane, Briscoe and Murphy present

Public Comments and Questions-None presented

Minutes –A motion was made by Selectman Briscoe and seconded by Selectman Murphy to approve the minutes of the February 22, 2011 meeting, carrying.  3-0.

Correspondence

•            OPM notice of approval of two LoCIP application; Wintechog Hill Road and Kingswood Drainage

1.   Tribal Issues-Acknowledgement Issues-Board agged to sent a FOI request to BIA on their activity on trust issues.

2.   Subdivision Review and Planning and Zoning Issues-

              Affordable Housing/Incentive Housing regulations-No report

3.   Permanent School Building Project Committee

              A. School Building Project RFQ for Architectural services-Responses due March 21st

              B. Permanent School Planning and Building Committee Project- Flashing on Gymatorium-Partial payment issued, punch list to be completed this Spring.

C. Middle School/High School Heating System Code Update-No new report

D. School facilities maintenance responsibilities-No report

E. PSBC- New list of projects-PSPBC estimating cost of scheduled items now thru June 30, 2012

C.  Old Dew Drop Inn/Rosie’s status-NEW Buon Appetito—Executive Session on Lease Negotiations-The Board entered Executive Session at 11:05 PM and exited session at 11:20 PM, no action taken.

2.           Jehovah’s Witnesses, Inc.-General Discussion, Selectmen have no authority to abate or any plans to send ordinance to a town meeting, to give BOS authority to make ordinance retroactive, therefore must denied abatement request.
