MINUTES

Call to Order-7:00 PM with Selectmen Mullane and Murphy present

Storm-Alfred Report-Town is up and running, only minor outages and damage to trees.  Mid-state has been hit hard, 16+ inches of snow and major damage and outages.

Public Comments and Questions-None presented

Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Mullane to approve the minutes of October 25th as presented, carrying.  2-0

Correspondence

•            Celebrate the Season flyer for December 4th, tree lighting

  C. Middle School/High School Heating System Code Update-Discussed with Board of Finance possibility of town sharing cost with BOE for chimney repairs for Gymatorium

              Rec Area Basketball, Tennis Courts, Volleyball Courts/Ice Rink-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Mullane to award the contract to William Coon and Son for $14,400, carrying. 2-0

              Town Hall Solar-A letter was received from OPM noting the securing consultants to review projects for DOE, North Stonington has been made a priority project.
