Call to Order-Called to order at 1:00 PM with Selectmen Murphy, Briscoe, Mullane. Also present were Steve Holliday, Steve McDonnell, Jay Costello and Steve Andrzejewski, WMC Engineering and William Brierley and Anita Uhlan, FEMA.

1. Workshop to discuss Preliminary Design and Engineering of the Main Street Bridges with FEMA and WMC Engineering Consultants
General Discussion to review the preliminary design and engineering of the two Main Street bridges and to consider the various options developed by WMC. Review of the pros and cons of each option, the construction limits that FEMA would cover, whether or not DEP and DOT would be required in the approval circuit, limits of Federal funding, impact to adjacent land owners, that FEMA would only fund town impacted losses, what other funding or grants may be available for the private landowners and the historical design and consideration that must be addressed.
