Call to Order-9:02 AM with Selectmen Mullane, Donahue, and Murphy present.
Public Comments and Questions
After general discussion a motion was made by Selectman Murphy to send item one below to a Special Town Meeting to be held on December 22, 2011, 7:00 PM, New Town Hall Conference Room, seconded by Selectman Donahue, carrying. 3-0
1. To act upon the acceptance of a gift of land, 100acres +/-, off Wintechog Hill Road with parcel IDs

2. To hear and act upon amendments to the Local Capital Improvement Plan for FY 2011-12 through 2015-2016, (FY 2009-10 and FY 2010-2011 shown for history only) as presented.
A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectmen Donahue to send item to to the Special Town Meeting on the 22nd, carrying. 3-0
