Call to Order-7:02 PM with Selectmen Murphy and Mullane present. Selectman Briscoe was not in attendance

Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Mullane to approve the minutes of April 12, 2011, carrying 3-0

C. Old Dew Drop Inn/Rosie’s status-NEW Buon Appetito—Executive Session on Lease Negotiations-No executive session. Town meeting went well on petitioned lease. Those present appeared to get a thorough understanding of the lease presented, not in the best interest of the Town.
