Call to Order-Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM with Selectmen Mullane, Briscoe and Murphy present.
Public Comments and Questions-None presented
Minutes –A motion was made by Selectmen Murphy and seconded by Selectman Briscoe to approve the minutes of July 26, 2011, carrying. 3-0

1. Tribal Issues-Acknowledgement Issues-No report
2. Subdivision Review and Planning and Zoning Issues-
Affordable Housing/Incentive Housing regulations- Juliet Leeming, SPZEO, Tim Pelland, and James Scarmozza were in to follow up on previous meeting with BOS. Discussion followed.
Milltown Commons-No report
3. Permanent School Building Project Committee
A. School Building Project RFQ for Architectural services-Board of Education Meeting has been scheduled for August 10th to address.
B. Permanent School Planning and Building Committee Project- Flashing on Gymatorium-Phase II working, Advanced Caulking says only $800 of work left. Town disagrees, some work done is defective, must be redone. Phase III specifications done, being estimated.
C. Elementary, Middle School/High School Heating System Code Update.-
Work is progressing

D. PSBC- New list of projects
E. School of Choice-Consultant is working on project.

A. Committee Report/Activities-Recommendations-Committee continues to meet, toured old school house to evaluate, working on invasive plant removal, footbridge, trails and railing/fence around 1750 house, etc

7. Boombridge Road Bridge- State and Federal Funding/ Contracting-Finalizing DOT/Fed Contract
