Call to Order-8:00 PM with Selectmen Mullane, Murphy and Briscoe present.

Storm Irene Damage Update-Highway is working with CL & P bucket truck (free)             

Public Comments and Questions-None presented

Minutes-Selectman Murphy made a motion to approve the minutes of September 20, 2011, seconded by Selectman Mullane, carrying.  3-0

•            Holly Green Condo Complex minutes –Note raise in condo fees of 10% starting in January

D. PSBC- List and schedule/status of projects-Working on RFP for sealing of Gymatorium
