Call to Order-7:00 PM with Selectmen Mullane, Murphy and Briscoe present     

Public Comments and Questions-None presented

Minutes –A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Briscoe to approve the minutes of June 28, 2011, carrying.  3-0

Recreation Commission-A motion was made by Nick Mullane and seconded by Shawn Murphy to appoint Holly McCord and Jen Raggon to the Recreation Commission for two year terms.  Carrying.  3-0

11.  Flood Damage Status Report/Repairs Update/ Action Items

              Main Street Bridges-Draft Timetable provided, utilities arranged, meeting scheduled, 2nd archaeological exploration is being arranged for later this month and reimbursement application is being prepared.

12.  STEAP Grant candidates-Selectman Mullane’s  action item
