Call to Order-Called to order at 8:04 AM with Selectmen Mullane, Briscoe and Murphy present. Also present were Attorney Greg Benoit and Darryl DelGrosso, Assessor
Public Comments and Questions-None
1. Executive Session with Town Attorneys re: Lease Contract for restaurant at 386 Norwich Westerly Road, aka Old Dew Drop Inn. A motion was made by Selectman Murphy to enter Executive Session at 8:05 AM, with Attorney Benoit and Mr. DelGrosso, seconded by Selectman Briscoe, carrying 3-0 Attorney Frank Eppinger arrived at 8:06 AM and was included in the Session.
General Discussion about the proposed draft lease for the restaurant located at 386 Norwich Westerly Road. Discussion items included rent, taxes, assignment of the lease, insurances, and maintenance.
A motion was made to adjourn the Session at 9:38 AM by Selectman Murphy, seconded by Selectman Briscoe, carrying. 3-0 No motions were made.
