Minutes A motion was made by Selectman Briscoe and seconded by Selectman Murphy to approve the minutes of March 22, 2011 as presented, carrying. 3-0

1. Tribal Issues-Acknowledgement Issues-BIA has advertised in Federal Register, they are considering changes to taking of trust land regulations.

A. School Building Project RFQ for Architectural services-PSPBC Ad Hoc evaluations RFQ responses
B. Permanent School Planning and Building Committee Project- Flashing on Gymatorium-PSPBC doing specs for Phase II and sealing of Gymatorium
C. Middle School/High School Heating System Code Update-Long lead materials have been ordered, work schedule to start at end of school year, gas company has been contacted by Funk Boiler, New Haven, CT to install laterals to each of the three (3) locations.
D. School facilities maintenance responsibilities-No report
E. PSBC- New list of projects-To be forwarded to the Board of Finance-Done
F. School of Choice-No report
4. Kingswood/Meadow Wood drainage review –No response from Contractor to date.

C. Old Dew Drop Inn/Rosie’s status-NEW Buon Appetito—Executive Session on Lease Negotiations-No Executive Session was convened. Petition received from leasee that the Town take their draft lease to Town Meeting for approval.

$20,000 additional appropriation for Town Attorney Letter has been sent to Board of Finance to ask these be put on a future agenda.
