1. Tribal Issues-Acknowledgement Issues-BIA has advertised in Federal Register, they are considering changes to taking of trust land regulations.

C. Middle School/High School Heating System Code Update-Long lead materials have been ordered, work schedule to start at end of school year, gas company has been contacted by Funk Boiler, New Haven, CT to install laterals to each of the three (3) locations.

$20,000 additional appropriation for Town Attorney Letter has been sent to Board of Finance to ask these be put on a future agenda.
