1.   Tribal Issues-Acknowledgement Issues-No report

2.   Subdivision Review and Planning and Zoning Issues-

              Affordable Housing/Incentive Housing regulations-No report

              Milltown Commons-No report

3.   Permanent School Building Project Committee

              A. School Building Project RFQ for Architectural services-Site walk for the potential consultants, Chuck McCarthy coordinated.

              B. Permanent School Planning and Building Committee Project- Flashing on Gymatorium-Punch list outstanding, done during Spring weather, an invoice has been received.

C. Middle School/High School Heating System Code Update-Contract completed and signed

D. School facilities maintenance responsibilities-No report

E. PSBC- New list of projects-PSPBC is reviewing list to identify project they wish to schedule for next fiscal year.

F. School of Choice-There was a meeting held by BOE, for public input on types of information required to complete study.  BOE will continue to conduct meetings throughout process.

4.  Kingswood/Meadow Wood drainage review-No invoice to date

5.  Affordable Housing Committee-No report

6.  Hewitt property

              A.  Committee Report/Activities-Recommendations-Data collection/ Town Meeting

              B.  Dam Repairs-Re-Engineering

C.  Old Dew Drop Inn/Rosie’s status-Due to open by February 15th, a lease has been proposed to the tenants for consideration

7.  Boombridge Road Bridge- State and Federal Funding/ Contracting-Progress has been made, the CT/RI Agreement has been signed, may be able to finalize in 4-6 weeks, engineering will be confirmed, and if confirmed engineering can commence.

8.  Grant applications/administration

              Water Study Ex. 92 X I95-No report

              Rec Area Basketball and Tennis Courts-Rec Commission is working on project, recommended to add some additional funds to the project to add volleyball/ice skating area.

              Town Hall Solar-No report

              Lawn care Equipment-Grants still have not been awarded

              Main Street Bridge-Selectmen Mullane has met with engineers and meeting with FEMA is set for February 7th
