Call to Order-7:00 PM with Selectmen Mullane and Murphy present

Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Mullane to approve the minutes of October 17, 2001 joint meeting and October 18, 2011 Selectmen’s Meeting, carrying. 2-0

A. Committee Report/Activities-Recommendations-Open House was held on the 22nd, estimated four to five hundred attendees. Great success. Participants were the Historical Society, Education Foundation, Boy Scouts,4H, Avalonia, Citizens Land Alliance, North Stonington Business Association, North Stonington Lions Food Booth, Congregational Church pie sale, North Stonington Vol. Fire Co., Hay rides by tractor and wagon, Stonington Police K-9 demo, bag piper, animal displays, a good time by all.
B. Dam Repairs-Re-Engineering-Design is ready for submittal
7. Boombridge Road Bridge- Design is being worked on by TranSystem

2. Anna Farm Road –General discussion of request by resident/owner Nelson Aldrich to open up 2500 feet of now unmaintained portion of Anna Farm Road. Selectmen will send a letter to residents of road for opinions prior any decisions or actions.
