Call to Order-Meeting called to order at 8:00 AM with Selectmen Mullane, Murphy and Briscoe present. Also in attendance were Attorneys Benoit and Eppinger.
Public Comments and Questions-Various questions from public on negotiation status, process and terms. Selectmen felt it was not appropriate to comment or release information until lease terms are final, but the attorneys and Selectmen answered as many questions as possible.
1. Executive Session with Town Attorneys re: Lease Contract for restaurant at 386 Norwich Westerly Road, aka Old Dew Drop Inn. Selectman Briscoe made a motion to enter Executive Session at 8:47 AM with Attorneys Benoit and Eppinger, seconded by Selectman Murphy, carrying. At 8:52 AM Robin Roohr was also invited into the Session. General Discussion of Lease Terms, Insurances, and Strategies. No action taken
Ms. Roohr and Mr. Murphy left the Session and meeting at 10:10 AM, a motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectman Briscoe to adjourn the Session at 10:20 AM, carrying.
