3. Permanent School Building Project Committee
A. School Building Project RFQ for Architectural services-Ad Hoc Committee to convene meeting to award contract on school facility study with Quisenberry Archai.
B. Permanent School Planning and Building Committee Project- Flashing on Gymatorium-Phase I and II are done. Additional deficiencies were noted repaired and additional copper flashing ordered to be installed. Base of Chimney found to be decaying and to be replaced under Board of Education budget. Now getting cost estimates to seal the Gymatorium exterior surfaces.
C. Middle School/High School Heating System Code Update-Gymatorium and Elementary School are done. High School @ 90%, 2 week completion.
D. PSBC- List and schedule/status of projects-Updating
E. School of Choice-Report and presentation on September 27, 2011
4. Kingswood/Meadow Wood drainage review –No report

A. Committee Report/Activities-Recommendations-Working on the removal of invasive plants, planning continues for Open House on October 22nd
B. Dam Repairs-Re-Engineering-Design and application to be signed next week and submitted to DEEP.
