Call to Order-8:00 AM with Selectmen Mullane, Briscoe and Murphy present.

Call of a Special Town Meeting-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Briscoe to send the following items to a Special Town Meeting July 18, 2011:
1. To hear and act upon the following resolution: RESOLVED, that Nicholas H. Mullane, II, First Selectman of the Town of North Stonington, Connecticut, 40 Main Street, North Stonington, Connecticut, 06359, is authorized to execute an Agreement between the State of Connecticut and the Town of North Stonington for the Federal Local Bridge Program, State Project No. 101-112, Rehabilitation of the Boombridge Road Bridge, State/Town Agreement for Engineering Design Phase.
2. To hear and act upon an additional appropriation in the amount of $25,436, to the Capital Non Recurring Account –Storm Damages. These funds are monies received by the Town as reimbursement from the State of Connecticut through FEMA.
3. To hear and act upon a resolution empowering Nicholas H. Mullane, II and the Board of Selectmen to enter agreements with the Connecticut Department of Emergency Management and Homeland Security for fiscal year 2011-12.
