Call to Order-7:00 PM with Selectmen Mullane, Murphy, and Briscoe present

Minutes –A motion was made by Selectman Briscoe and seconded by Selectman Murphy to approve the minutes of February 7, 2011, carrying.

2.   Subdivision Review and Planning and Zoning Issues-

              Affordable Housing/Incentive Housing regulations-No report

3.   Permanent School Building Project Committee

              A. School Building Project RFQ for Architectural services-RFQ in process due March 21st

              B. Permanent School Planning and Building Committee Project- Flashing on Gymatorium-Punch list will be completed in the Spring, 2nd phase will be done during Spring/Summer

C. Middle School/High School Heating System Code Update-Contract awarded work will start when school is out on Summer break.

D. School facilities maintenance responsibilities-No report

E. PSBC- New list of projects-List issued by Board of Education, PSPBC have chosen project and are developing estimate

F. School of Choice-BOE committed $10,000, currently getting public input

4.  Kingswood/Meadow Wood drainage review-Selectman Mullane is preparing response to Contractor’s final invoice

                             Recreation Commission-John Hines presented budget and answered questions for the Board

                             North Stonington Ambulance Association-President, Brian Elias discussed budget for this year operating and shortfall and next with Board

              Main Street Bridge-Engineering is ready, will check availability of NSHS, SHPO, and FEMA reps for dates of Public Hearing
