MINUTES
Call to Order-Called to order at 7:00 PM with Selectmen Mullane and Murphy. Also present was new Selectman Mark Donahue, Steve Holliday, PW Foreman, Robin Roohr, Selectmen’s Assistant, and Marc Tate, GIS/IT Manger.
Public Comments and Questions-None presented
Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Mullane, and seconded by Selectman Murphy to approve the minutes of November 15, 2011, carrying. 2-0 Selectman Donahue abstained since his term had not yet begun.

A. School Building Project RFQ for Architectural services-No report, general discussion of sharing on cost of chimney repairs

C. Middle School/High School Heating System Code Update-Project complete, up and running. Waiting for energy testing results and “As-Built Drawing” of new boilers
E. School of Choice-Joint Meeting with BOE and BOF on status and future timetable for any required building projects on school facilities

5. Affordable Housing Committee-Land Gift to Town on Wintechog may be viable location, Town Meeting will be scheduled for December to accept land

4. Board of Education funding request Gymatorium Chimney-PSPBC has agreed to fund the request
5. Board Transition-Selectmen welcomed Mark Donahue to the Board and a briefing of ongoing isues
6. LoCIP Plan Revision for next Town Meeting-General Review and decision to add Pond Drive and Northwest Corner Road projects
7. Certified Resolution for Town Clerk’s Preservation Grant-A motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectman Murphy to pass the resolution allowing the Town Clerk to apply for a Preservation Grant, carrying. 3-0
8. Emergency Dispatching Contract-Tabled
9. Grant Resolutions-COG/North Stonington Regional Performance Incentive Program (2)-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Mullane, to approve the COG Grant Resolution, carrying. 3-0
