Call to Order-7:00 PM with Selectmen Mullane, Murphy, and Briscoe present

Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Mullane to accept the minutes of October 11, 2011, carrying. 2-0-1 Selectman Briscoe abstained

1. Tribal Issues-Acknowledgement Issues-No response to date of FOI request on changes to Tribal Acknowledgement regulations. Letter send to Senators Lieberman and Blumenthal along with Representative Courtney asking to inquire to BIA on reason for no response..

Affordable Housing/Incentive Housing regulations
Milltown Commons-First Selectman Mullane met with developers, at their request, no substance to the meeting other than they will be asking WPCA to address their project

A. School Building Project RFQ for Architectural services-Meeting scheduled for the 17th Quisenberry Arcari for review and possibility to sign contract.

ADDED to AGENDA-Selectman Mullane made a motion to add Anna Farm Road to the agenda for discussion, seconded by Selectman Briscoe, carrying. 3-0
4. Anna Farm Road-General discussion of the pros and cons of request by owner Nelson Aldrich to reinstate maintenance on a portion of the Anna Farm Road.
