Call to Order-7:00 PM with Selectman Mullane and Murphy present

Public Comments and Questions-None presented

Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Mullane to approve the minutes of October 4, 2011, carrying.

12.  YMCA Property-Executive Session-A motion was made at 7:50 PM by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectman Murphy to enter executive session, adjourned at 8:08 PM, no action taken

New Business-

1.           Tax Refund(s)-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Mullane to approve a tax refund to Stonington Steel, Pendleton Hill Road, $30.45, carrying.  2-0

2.           Transfer Station and Bulky Waste Fees-General Discussion, More data is necessary, annual revenue, fee schedule, calculations of North Stonington value, tabled

3.           Land Acquisition-Executive Session-Handled in above session, no action taken.
