Executive Session-Attorney Eppinger discussed YMCA land sale, no action taken and Avery Lane survey results. Attorney Eppinger also went over land survey research on Avery Lane, not in executive session

A. School Building Project RFQ for Architectural services- BOE to act on August 3, 2011

A. Committee Report/Activities-Recommendations- committee continues to meet and are addressing a variety of issues. They are particularly concerned with invasive plant plants on the property

7. Boombridge Road Bridge- State and Federal Funding/ Contracting- Selectman Mullane is taking action

Recreation Commission- Selectman Murphy made a motion to appoint Megan Perkins to the recreation commission. Selectman Mullane seconded. Motion carried 2-0
Hewitt Farm Committee Alternate- Selectmen Mullane and Murphy vote 2-0 to appoint Edward J Harasimowitz
10. Budget FY 2010-2011 & Additional Appropriations & Transfers- need funds for Town Hall bridge replacement, meeting with Board of Finance on 8.17.2011
11. Flood Damage Status Report/Repairs Update/ Action Items
Main Street Bridges- Jay Costello of WMC will attend the Selectmen’s meeting on August 16, 2011 to brief the Selectmen before the Board of Finance meeting on August 17, 2011
