CIRMA Representatives discussion on liquor licenses and liability-CIRMA Representatives Marion Chamberlin and Fiona Dewberry came to the meeting to discuss the request by the leasee at the old Dew Drop Inn to apply for a beer and wine liquor license from the State of Connecticut. The women informed the Board the Town does not have liquor liability coverage under CIRMA and it would be the leasee’s responsibility to provide coverage for the Town. Our representatives also stated that the Town can not be made completely immune from liability. General Discussion continued but no action was taken.
