Call to Order-Meeting called to order at 7:05 PM with Selectmen Mullane, Murphy, and Briscoe present. Also present was Robin Roohr, Selectmen’s Secretary.

A. Permanent School Planning and Building Committee Projects- Flashing on Gymatorium-All insurance and contract data was given to Committee
B. Middle School/High School Heating System Code Update-Estimate was provided to Board of Finance for consideration.

5. Kingswood/Meadow Wood drainage review-Old Colony Job #2 has been paved, Kingswood 36” Job 1 is still progressing.

Dam Repairs-Re-Engineering-Boring tests scheduled for April 22, 2010
Lease Renewals-Dew Drop Inn/Rosie’s-Attorney Benoit is working on amendments to Stipulated Agreement and bond for new work for the Town.

Old Town Hall Solar Panels (including roof and chimney)-Robin Roohr briefed the Board on the renovations to the Old Town Hall including the two bids for solar panel installation. Work on the chimney, and windows will proceed. The Board will decide in the next few weeks on final roofing and solar contracts.
11. Pinewoods Road-A meeting is scheduled with Marge MacIntosh at the site Saturday.
12. North Stonington Ambulance Financial Status-Scheduled for May 4th.
