Minutes –A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Briscoe to approve the minutes of January 12, 2010, carrying, 3-0

                Appellate Hearing on Schaghticoke appeal-No decision by Court to date

                PZC Affordable/Incentive Housing regulations-Being prepared by PZC at this time
