Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Briscoe and seconded by Selectman Murphy to approve the minutes of August 31, 2010, carrying. 3-0

1. Tribal Issues-Acknowledgement Issues
Schaghticoke appeal to the US Supreme Court-Court is in recess until October, 2010
2. Subdivision Review and Planning and Zoning Issues-
PZC Affordable/Incentive Housing regulations-No report
Milltown Commons-PZC is still in deliberations
Affordable Housing Committee-Grant resolution reviewed and revised
3. Permanent School Building Project Committee
A. School Building Project- RFQ for Architectural services-With BOE for their review and comments
B. Permanent School Planning and Building Committee Projects
Flashing on Gymatorium-Bid Results and Funding-Low bidder has increased bid price, reviewing 2nd lowest bidder
C. Middle School/High School Heating System Code Update-Bids received, Selectman Mullane will review and report next week
D. School facilities maintenance responsibilities
E. PSPBC BOE Work List-Letter sent to BOE for action
4.. Kingswood/Meadow Wood drainage review –Paving is done, needs curbing, loam, and seeding
5.. Hewitt property
A. Committee Report/Activities-Recommendations/Town Meeting-Recommendations finalized, looking into a September 27th Town Meeting.
B. Dam Repairs-Re-Engineering-Working on answers to SHPO questions
C. Dew Drop Inn/Rosie’s Status-Selectmen agreed to release a part of the bond, $125,000 of the $150,000
