Call to Order-7:00 PM with Selectmen Mullane, Murphy and Briscoe present
Public Comments and Questions-Mr. Ricker was in with concerns on NSAA response times, cited two incidents at Lake area with 30+ minutes response time, feels this is unacceptable.

A motion was made by Selectman Briscoe and seconded by Selectmen Murphy to approve the minutes of December 15th, carrying. 3-0
A motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectmen Murphy to approve the minutes of December 22nd
