Call to Order-7:00 PM with Selectmen Mullane, Murphy and Briscoe present


Public Comments and Questions-Mr. Ricker was in with concerns on NSAA response times, cited two incidents at Lake area with 30+ minutes response time, feels this is unacceptable.

A motion was made by Selectman Briscoe and seconded by Selectmen Murphy to approve the minutes of December 15th, carrying.  3-0

A  motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectmen Murphy to approve the minutes of December 22nd

 carrying.  3-0

                Response to letters on Senate Bill S1703-Selectman Mullane called senator’s offices before New Year’s Day and talked to Chief of Staffs on issues of trust and Tribal Recognition, got verbal support

                Tribal Acknowledgement Additional Appropriation-Will review again at the end of January

2.   Subdivision Review and Planning and Zoning Issues-

                PZC Affordable/Incentive Housing regulations-Being developed in conjunction with Affordable Housing application at Holly Green

                Review of Affordable Housing applications/Meadow Court –No detailed information problems with drainage, septic, Rt 2 roadway with sitelines, drainage and density.
