Call to Order-Called to order at 7:00 PM with Selectmen Mullane, Murphy and Briscoe in attendance.

Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Briscoe to approve the minutes of September 7, 2010, carrying. 3-0

Inland Wetlands Commission-A motion was made by Selectman Briscoe and seconded by Selectman Mullane to appoint Marvin Chase, Jr. to the Commission, carrying. 3-0

13 North Stonington, Preston, Voluntown, Griswold Town Line Survey-Arranging meeting with Griswold, scheduled with Voluntown for 21st.

1. Tax Refund(s)-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Mullane to approve the refund of $35.48 to Richard McCannes, carrying. 3-0
