Call to Order-7:00 PM with Selectmen Mullane, Murphy and Briscoe present
Public Comments and Questions-None
Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Briscoe to approve the minutes of March 9, 2010, as presented, carrying 3-0
Correspondence
Senator Maynard and Representative Urban repeal of unfunded mandates-General discussion on unfunded mandate relief for the towns
The Nature Conservancy-Wood-Pawcatuck Wild and Scenic Rivers Designation-Kevin Essington from the Conservancy asked for a letter of support, the Board was in General agreement.

2. Subdivision Review and Planning and Zoning Issues-Ask PZC and Housing Committee to meet with Selectmen for need to prepare Affordable Housing and Incentive Housing Regulations

Lease Renewals-Dew Drop Inn/Rosie’s-Ripout of Building is in progress
8. Boombridge Road bridge
State and Federal Funding-ConnDOT will sent new contracts by the end of week
9. STEAP Grant applications-First Selectman Mullane will prepare applications
10. FY 2009-10 Capital Projects
Old Town Hall Solar Panels (including roof and chimney)-Final decision will be made before the end of March
11. Pinewoods Road-Working with Mr. Ward on possible solution
12. North Stonington Ambulance Financial Status-Request that President Elias attend April 6th, Selectmen’s Meeting
15. Board and Commission appointments-A motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectman Briscoe to appoint Chris Hundt to the Permanent School Planning and Building Committee, carrying. 3-0
16. Budget for FY 2010-2011-Approval to forward to the Board of Finance—Selectmen’s follow-up meeting scheduled for the 31st.
