Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Briscoe and seconded by Selectman Murphy to approve the minutes of August 17, 2010, carrying. 3-0

Schaghticoke appeal-Supreme Court—No new information, Court is currently recessed
2. Subdivision Review and Planning and Zoning Issues-
PZC Affordable/Incentive Housing regulations-No report
Milltown Commons-PZC still deliberating
3. Permanent School Building Project Committee-Bob Carlson and members of the Ad Hoce Committee presented a letter looking for the next steps for their Committee. RFP is at BOE, since mid July and legal support in next budget. Also it is necessary to resolve the School of Choice and/or regionalization issues.

C. Dew Drop Inn/Rosie’s Status-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Briscoe to reimburse contractor $875 for oil tank removal from site.
D. Painting and Roofing/Contracting 1750 House/Carriage House/Old School House-A motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectman Murphy to award the painting of the 1750 and carriage house to GP Brennan Asso.,$9540 + 25 per window carrying. 3-0
7.. Boombridge Road Bridge-State and Federal Funding-No report
8.. Grants applications/administration-No report
9. Capital Projects-Old Town Hall Solar Panels & FY 2010-11 Projects-Panel are on roof and electrician is due in on August 31st to finalize project and complete hook-up.
10. Pinewoods Road-Surveying has been done on Pinewood and maps were provided to determine if water could be carried down the road to the south side of road and discharge on the Comstock property. Ms. Comstock was present and a discussion was held on the feasibility. Ms. Comstock wanted more water from the upper section of the road diverted away from her property.

15 Flood Damage Status Report/Repairs Update/ Action Items-Discussion held, added information will be requested from WMC Engineering on schedule and manhours.
16. Call of Special Town Meeting-Meeting scheduled for August 30th.
