Call to Order-7:00 PM with Selectmen Mullane, Murphy and Briscoe present.
Public Comments and Questions-Pat Lewis asked what the cost to the Town was for Garden Court application (lawyers, experts, etc.)? Selectman Mullane will get numbers for her.
Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Briscoe and seconded by Selectman Murphy to approve the minutes of September 14, 2010, carrying. 3-0

Schaghticoke appeal to the US Supreme Court-No report
2. Subdivision Review and Planning and Zoning Issues-
PZC Affordable/Incentive Housing regulations-Draft a letter asking PZC when we can expect progress on Affordable Housing regulations
Milltown Commons-The project has advanced to the Master Plan stage
Affordable Housing Committee-Resolution-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Briscoe to pass a resolution allowing the Committee to apply for grant funding,subject to Selectmen’s approval, carrying. 3-0
3. Permanent School Building Project Committee
A. School Building Project- RFQ for Architectural services-Comments received by Ad Hoc School Building Committee, some will be incorporated into RFQ and contract and forward to the BOE for comments.
B. Permanent School Planning and Building Committee Projects
Flashing on Gymatorium-Bid Results and Funding-Low Bidder has requested a meeting with Selectmen to discuss pricing and scope of work. Selectmen will meet, if they agree to do work for original bid price.
C. Middle School/High School Heating System Code Update-Upon further review by Selectman Mullane of bids, it showed increase in costs and some bids that when added did not include previously work in total cost. Selectman Mullane will complete detailed review of lowest three (3) bids for next week’s meeting.
D. School facilities maintenance responsibilities-No report
E. PSPBC BOE Work List-No BOE Response on list of work and/or projects
F. School of Choice-No action
G. Solar for Schools (Grant)-Letter from Dr. Pukas on behalf of facilities committee, the Board of Education is not interested in the grant project for free solar systems.
4.. Kingswood/Meadow Wood drainage review – Contractor is completing the grading, loaming, and seed
5.. Hewitt property
A. Committee Report/Activities-Recommendations/Town Meeting-All or Nothing, Ask Attorney
B. Dam Repairs-Re-Engineering-Selectman Mullane has not finished MOU revisions for SHPO
