Inland Wetlands Commission-A motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectman Murphy to rescind the appointment of Niki Provatas due to name confusion and appointing Anastas Provatas to fill the term that will expire in April, 2013, carrying, 3-0.
12. Budge-2009-10 Close-Out –A motion was made by Selectman Murphy to request a transfer for last fiscal year from Workers’ Compensation in the amount of $4,382 to the Town Attorney Line item, seconded by Selectman Mullane,
carrying, 3-0

1. Tax Refund(s)-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Briscoe to approve a tax refund in the amount of $3191.30, to James and Sharon Ivey of Miller Road carrying. 3-0
2. Call of Special Town Meeting-DRAFT
a. Generator Grant-Additional Appropriations $25,000-A motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectman Briscoe to request the $25,000 additional appropriation to expend for the DEMHS grant to line item CC3.28, carrying. 3-0
