Call to Order-7:00 PM with Selectman Mullane, Murphy and Briscoe present.
Public Comments and Questions-Ed Scarchilli wanted to know if Selectmen would consider Public TV access. Selectmen do not have a problem. He questioned Assistant Foreman’s truck usage and ACO Department.

9. YMCA-Button Road Executive Session-A motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selecmtan Briscoe to enter Executive Session to review pending litigation on the property’s reverter clause release at 9:25 PM, carrying. Exited session at 10:28 PM, no action taken
