Call to Order-7:00 PM with Selectman Mullane, Murphy and Briscoe present.

Public Comments and Questions-Ed Scarchilli wanted to know if Selectmen would consider Public TV access.  Selectmen do not have a problem.  He questioned Assistant Foreman’s truck usage and ACO Department.

1.   Tribal Issues-Acknowledgement Issues-Schaghticokes have appealed the Supreme Court decision not to hear appeal

2.   Subdivision Review and Planning and Zoning Issues-

              PZC Affordable/Incentive Housing regulations-No report

3.   Permanent School Building Project Committee

              A  School Building Project RFQ for Architectural services-General discussion to finalize and advertise.

              B. Permanent School Planning and Building Committee Project- Flashing on Gymatorium-Same blocking is not available but similar is available, contract is being awarded.

C.  Middle School/High School Heating System Code Update.-Price of                    $492,522

9.  YMCA-Button Road Executive Session-A motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selecmtan Briscoe to enter Executive Session to review pending litigation on the property’s reverter clause release at 9:25 PM, carrying.  Exited session at 10:28 PM, no action taken

                                           Vacancy for EDC has become open, will place on agenda for action.

13.   Ethics Policy-Waiting on COG survey results on question of interest for regional approach

14.   Flood Damage Status Report/Repairs Update/ Action Items-Highway crew is working with contractors on Sleepy Hollow Road.

c. Additional Appropriation for flood damage repairs-FEMA funds

                                                          Draft of call will be prepared for next week with the addition of boilers for schools additional appropriation
