Call to Order-The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM with Selectmen Mullane and Murphy present.
Public Comments and Questions-None presented
Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Mullane to approve the minutes of September 22, 2009, carrying. 2-0

1. Tribal Issues –Copy of Senate Bill S1703 undoing US Supreme Court ruling on trust land without consideration of the towns or states. Will write letter to oppose to Senators Dodd and Lieberman and Court date of October 8, 2009, US Appellate Court NY, NY on Schaghticoke v Department of Interior.
2. Subdivision Review and Planning and Zoning Issues-Draft letters for Milltown Commons provided on sewer and water issues. No action taken.

5. Kingswood/Meadow Wood drainage review –Finalizing specifications for bid which now includes additional 950 feet of pipe on Old Colony Road.

Lease Renewals-Dew Drop Inn/Rosie’s-Response date of September 25th passed, Marshal served tenant on September 28th.
