Call to Order-7:10 PM with Selectmen Mullane, Murphy and Ricker present.
Public Comments and Questions-None presented
Minutes –A motion was made by Selectman Ricker to approve the minutes of May 12, 2009, seconded by Selectman Murphy, carrying.  3-0
A motion was made by Selectman Ricker and seconded by Selectman Mullane to approve the minutes of a special Selectmen’s Meeting May 26, 2009, carrying. 3-0

        FY 2008-09 Budget Close Out-Previous estimate of givebacks is still valid
11.   2009-2010 Legislative Agenda-Legislators are going into Special Session-No State budget yet.
12    STEAP Grant applications-No formal notice, but rumor is will not be funded
13.  Stimulus Grants Application-No information except JAG grant $9100 and Energy Grant $40,500, but funds not yet available.
       New Business-
               1.    EDC Membership replacement by party affiliation-No action, remove from agenda
        2.   Open Space and Conservation Easement Enforcement on town land/easements-Members will be Selectmen Ricker, Robert Fleury, Conservation Commission, Marc Tate, GIS support and Nita Kincaid member at large.
        3.   CIRMA Insurance proposal on Hewitt Property and Three Year Rate proposal-Resolution was passed at Annual Town Meeting
        4.   Review Highway Vacancy/Highway
                        Executive Session-The Board entered Executive Session at 9:23 PM to discuss hiring and ended at 9:27 PM
                        Decision on Hiring-A motion was made by Selectman Ricker and seconded by Selectman Mullane to offer the position of Assistant Foreman to Donald Hill, carrying.  3-0  The Board also decided to name Karl Sommers as back up if Mr. Hill does not take the job or leaves in a short period of time.
        5.  Call of Annual Town/Annual Budget Meeting-To be removed
        6.  NSAA-Year End Close Out-General discussion, will request update from President Elias
        7.  NSVFC use of budget capital funds for FY 2008-09- On refurbishment request and siren repairs previously approved by Board of Selectmen.
        8.  FY 2009-10 Capital Projects/Purchases
                        Walking Floor Trailer purchase-Specifications will be written
                        Old Town Hall Painting- Specifications will be written
                        Old Town Hall Solar Panels (including roof and chimney) Specifications will be written
                        Senior Center Repairs-First Selectman Mullane will price replacement of columns with                    fiberglass.  General Discussion, no action.
        9.  North Stonington Probate Court-Court is scheduled to close in July, 2010
