Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Briscoe and seconded by Selectman Murphy to approve the minutes of the November 17, 2009 meeting carrying. 3-0.

A. Activities/membership-Ad Hoc Committee
Membership Report- Motion to appoint Judy Lanier made by Selectman Broscoe, seconded by Selectman Murphy. Passed 3-0
B. Permanent School Planning and Building Committee Projects- Flashing on Gymatorium – No Report
C. Middle School/High School Heating System Code Update-A joint meeting is set up with all parties for December 8th
4. Town Energy Projects
Wind farm Project-No report
5. Kingswood/Meadow Wood drainage review –Bids received. Will be reviewed for
compliance and report at next meeting
6. Affordable Housing Committee
Interviews of new committee-Candidates Michelle Brophy and James Scaramozza.
General discussion of affordable housing and application on RT2 next to Holly
Green. No action taken. All agreed that there needs to be a scope of work
developed for the committee.

and additional funds within reasonable variation

Old Town Hall Solar Panels (including roof and chimney)-Grant application is being processed

4. Wheeler Library request for funding-Report has been provided by Paul Kowack of the Wheeler Library Board of Trustees and is being reviewed by the Selectmen
5. Peter Bogoian to EDC for term 11/17/09 until the next municipal election- Motion to appoint Peter Begoian to EDC until next municipal election. Passed 3-0
6. Resident Trooper DUI grant- Additional appropriation of $54,096.00. Motion by Selectman Mullane, seconded by Selectman Briscoe. Passed 3-0
7. Selectmen’s meeting schedule- Motion to accept made by Selectman Mullane, seconded by Selectman Murphy. Passed 3-0
